Kira C. Bailey-Richards is a dynamic business professional and entrepreneur based in St. George, Grenada, with a passion for business innovation and community development.

She currently serves as the Co-owner and Manager of Packaging House, a division of Kaizen Investment Ltd., where she leads operations, strategic growth, and staff development.

With over a decade of experience spanning business management, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Kira has worked with notable organizations including Grenada Distillers Ltd., GIDC, and Geo. F. Huggins & Co. Ltd. She holds an MBA in International Business and dual BSc. degrees in International Business and Management from St. George’s University.

Beyond business, she is an active member of the Rotary Club of Grenada East and serves as a Director & Secretary of the Board and she is also a director and serves as HR Committee Secretary at GIDC.
