Mr. Musa M. Jasat is a seasoned banking executive with nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, operations, and strategic leadership across the Caribbean. He currently serves as Manager of Sales Incentive Programs for RBC Caribbean Banking and is a Director of RBC EC Holdings Ltd. He has held senior roles including Country Manager, Director and Audit Committee Member of RBTT Bank Grenada Ltd, and Manager of Financial and Regulatory Reporting for the Eastern Caribbean region.

Mr. Jasat’s expertise includes financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit, treasury, risk management, sales leadership, and customer service. He has experience preparing consolidated financial statements, managing statutory reporting, and advising executives on financial and operational strategies.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a BSc in Finance and Accounting (Honors). He serves as Director of the Grenada Investment Development Corporation and Chairman of its Audit & Risk Committee.
