Dr. Richard A. Nixon is a globally recognized leader with a distinguished career spanning more than three decades. His expertise encompasses international diplomacy, strategic investment, telecommunications, and real estate development. As Chairman of the Grenada Investment Development Corporation, he leads initiatives to attract sustainable foreign direct investment, foster innovation, and drive economic transformation within Grenada.

Renowned for his diplomatic acumen, he serves as Senior Resident Ambassador to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is Ambassador Designate to the African Union. His previous roles include Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of Grenada to the People’s Republic of China and Honorary Consul in Miami. He also serves as Chairman and President of Hideaway True Blue Inc.

Dr. Nixon has held senior corporate roles with Nortel Networks and Harris Corporation. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering.
